Stange kommune, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, shall enter into a group contract with an engineering design team consisting of consultants in the disciplines of Architect, Civil Engineer, Fire Engineer, Electrical Engineer (RIE/RITB) and Ventilation Engineer for programming, preparation of the preliminary project and afterwards, also tender documentation for a builder developed turnkey contract for the first construction phase at Hoberg School in Ottestad, based on a prepared feasibility study that was approved by the municipal council in autumn 2017 (CASE 17/1559 Future School Structure in the Ottestad area).

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
Over time, Hoberg School shall evolve from a 2 parallel to a 3 parallel school for years 1-7, where the first construction phase shall ensure increased numbers in the next few years. The first construction phase may comprise demolition, reconstruction and upgrading of the existing buildings and new construction. The engineering design work will be set in motion as soon as the engineering design team is selected, which is presumed to be after winter (3/4.2018). The preliminary project is expected to be ready before the summer holiday, and the tender documentation ready for dispatch at the end of 2018, with construction anticipated to start in spring 2019.
