This competition is for the procurement of builder ombudsman services (BHO) for the turnkey contract for a new swimming pool at Mysen. The builder ombudsman shall cover the builder ombudsman/BHO, safety, health and work environment (SHA) coordinator/KU and technical construction manager/ITB coordinator functions.
The BHO for the project shall be the builder's on-site representative at the construction site and the link between the turnkey contractor and the builder. The BHO shall contribute to the cooperation between the different turnkey contractors functioning well and assist the Contracting Authority with quality assurance of the preliminary project, the turnkey contractor's engineering design services and the execution.
