    Reconstruction and upgrading of the building wing A2 Administration. The building was erected in 1955 with 3 floors, a basement and attic. The heating system shall be upgraded for the entire school, and the system will be connect to a new air to water heat pump.

    The main part of the project comprises reconstruction and upgrading of the building wing A2 Administration. The building was erected in 1955 with three floors, a basement and attic. The heating system shall be upgraded for the entire school, and the system will be connect to a new air to water heat pump.
    The project also comprises limited works in other parts of the buildings.
    Building B from 1985 shall be fitted with a new ventilation aggregate in the attic and the channel network will be upgraded. The building shall have new ceilings and new lighting. A hydronic heating system with radiators shall be established on the ground and first floors to replace the existing panel heaters.
    Classroom wing A1 shall receive new acoustic ceilings and the ventilation aggregate shall be adapted to the new ceilings as well as the establishment of sound traps for the channels.
    New insulation shall be added against cold air, and all sun exposed facades shall be equipped with automatic sun screening.
    Building E shall receive new external automatic sun screening and new radiators suited to the heating pump. Ventilation aggregates shall have new heating coils and cooling will be installed on the aggregates. VAV valves will be established in the classrooms etc.
    Building C is a gym hall from the 1950s that shall receive new automatic sun screening. The attic cover against cold air shall be insulated.
