Synopsis:

The City of Lloydminster invites multidisciplinary teams to provide a proposal for the city’s Downtown Area Redevelopment Plan (“DARP”).  Downtown Lloydminster is envisioned as a destination for residents and tourists, and the City is in need of a Downtown Plan that provides a clear vision and achievable action items to further catalyze public and private investment for its development. The intent of the Plan is to develop downtown Lloydminster
as a community; an economic and social hub; a downtown with vitality and commercial success; a downtown which is an asset to new residents, enticing to tourists, and stimulates new investment, businesses, and industries.
