Tender Overview
Goild Coast Hospital and Health Service is seeking Proposals for a high level HHS wide facility master planning process across all of the HHS to provide a long term approach to facility needs based on service delivery requirements, to support envisaged service delivery and inform future capital priorities.
This high level master planning incudes the development of draft “GCHHS future services and locations” document, across the timeframe until 2030.
The customer has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of:
Defining the volume of services for GCHHS, taking into consideration contemporary and emerging models of care, to 2030.
Determining the facilities (clinical, clinical support, administrative and research) required to deliver these services, to 2030.
Considering the options for locations of service delivery, taking into consideration matters including but not limited to demographic population information, existing assets, the Clinical Services Capability Framework, and identify the preferred option(s).
Gathering and documenting information to inform GCHHS the strategic planning processes that support the long term master plan through the consultation process.
The deliverables will be:
“GCHHS future services and locations, to 2030” document - that includes priorities, volume, mix and locations of service delivery.
A report that identifies and provides an impact analysis of emerging models of care on service delivery to guide future strategic planning.
Without limiting the requirements, GCHHS expects the process of developing this deliverable will include:
review of existing planning information;
review of GCHHS activity projections and facility requirement projections, to 2030;
identification of opportunities for models of care that impact on the facility requirements and estimate the quantum of these impacts;
