Main works contractor with experience of working on restricted sites and sites with multiple designations is required to demolish the existing Lime Kiln Cottage and construct a new Discovery Centre. Close liaison with all relevant statutory authorities is required as well as the reserve management (Sussex Wildlife Trust, Client). Positive and transparent relationships with local residents, businesses, visitors and land owners should be a priority.
