    The Welsh Government on behalf of the Welsh Ministers (the client) wish to let a contract to commission a 5 years programme of inspections across Wales by local planning authority area of the condition of all listed buildings and conservation areas in Wales. This information will inform the provision of a web facility to be publicly accessible, with a link to Cadw’s website and provision of key headline items on Cadw’s website, which can provide information on the condition of the listed building stock and conservation areas.
    A supplier awareness session is planned to give potential bidders the opportunity to learn more about this opportunity and ask questions about the delivery of the service. The event will be held at Cadw HQ in Nantgarw on 1.5.2018 @ 2:00 pm. There will also be a demonstration of the e tender portal.
