Oslo municipality is establishing a new water supply system with Holsfjorden as the raw water source. The aim is to ensure drinking water for inhabitants if the current water supply fails. The project´s estimated cost is currently approx. 8 500 000 000 NOK. The preliminary project has already started, which shall be completed by the end of the 2nd quarter of 2018. The construction period is scheduled for 2020 to 2028.
This competition is for the procurement of two (2) parallel framework agreements for project management and administration in the preliminary project and middle phase.
The procurement includes several competence areas and roles, including project management, SHA, procurements (public procurements), landowner agreements, project management (sub-project management), progress planning, etc. so far it is unclear whether there will be a need to hire in all the roles and whether the need for assistance will be for short / long periods or full / part time.
