Scope: Project consist of the construction of a parking lot, access road, storm water management basin and associated work including, but not limited to, site clearing and grubbing, unclassified bulk excavation, bituminous paving, installation of electrical conduit and lighting fixtures, installation of storm sewer manholes, inlets, outlet control structures and piping, sanitary sewer encasement, erosion and sedimentation control measures, site restoration, plantings, traffic control and utility coordination. For alternate #1: stone walking trail, alternate #2: asphalt wearing course on existing lot, alternate #3 access road extension.
Notes: This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting 10:00 A.M. prevailing time on April 24, 2018, to be held at the Woodlands Foundation: 134 Shenot Road, Wexford. MBE goal is 13%, WBE goal is 2% and Veteran Owned Small Business goal is 5%.
