    Aufgabe
    The existing nursery school buildings in the area do not satisfy current requirements, and are ready for replacement. Tromsø kommune shall re-establish these and operate them. The nursery school shall be developed to be a future oriented educational and service offer that safeguards the requirements that the municipality is subject to in order to provide safe, predictable services of good quality.
    An engineering design group shall be engaged for the engineering design of the first 2 nursery schools. Gross area per nursery school will be approx. 350 m2.
    There shall be 2 identical buildings with on-site customisation drawn up in 1 plan. There shall be two main bases with associated area for children and an area for the personnel. The outdoor area shall have parking facilities, waste management, bicycle parking, and an outdoor area for children to play.
    The first building shall be completed by Autumn 2019, and the next shall be completed by Autumn 2020.

    Vikran nursery school shall be demolished and a new nursery school shall be erected on the same site. Cadastral nº 50 title nº 57. Trondjord Barnehagen is being considered for temporary operation. It will be decided whether the nursery school shall replace the current building or erects a new building with new placement. Cadastral nº 78 title nº 2. It is most relevant to erect a new nursery school cadastral nº 78 title 2., and merge the sites so that parts of the current outdoor area can be used. A preliminary project shall be prepared and be included in the tender documentation for a turnkey contract.
    Preparation of the tender documentation for a turnkey contract will also be included in the assignment.
    Subject to political approval, the Builder shall have an option right to transfer the engineering design group to the turnkey contractor when the turnkey contractor is engaged. Relevant disciplines / functions are as follows:
    — Architect (ARK),
    — Landscape architects (LARK),
    — Interior Architect (IARK),
    — Engineering Design Manager (PGL),
    — Responsible Applicant (SØK),
    — Consultant construction (RIB),
    — Consulting Geotechnical Engineer (RIG),
    — Consulting Fire Engineer (RIBR),
    — Consulting Building Physics Engineer (RIBFY),
    — HVAC and Sanitation Consultant (RIV),
    — Consultant for electro (RIE),
    — Acoustics Consultant (RIAKU),
    — Environment Consultant (RIM),
    — ITB-coordinator (ITB).
    SHA Coordinator for the engineering design phase (KP). The group can, as needed, be supplemented with other disciplines. One person can have multiple functions in the engineering design group.
    The responsible applicant shall prepare necessary documents for use in the building application. An other authority processing.
