    This tender will be used to procure a framework for Employers agents services.
    Leistungsumfang
    Moat is procuring a framework agreement pursuant to which it is envisaged that Appointments will be awarded to employer’s agents on the framework for the provision of a variety of services as further described in this tender document.
    A summary of the service requirements includes, but is not limited to:
    — pre-contract and Site Assessments,
    — site Appraisals,
    — project planning and forecasting,
    — project delivery and management,
    — project handover,
    — defects management,
    — distressed schemes.
    These services will be required on new build development projects (both Section 106 and Land-led arrangements) and also large scheme refurbishment, regeneration projects and sites marked for redevelopment.
    Services required will vary by project and at times Moat may require consultative services that are associated with new developments that are outside of this scope. In addition Moat may require consultative support with projects associated with the acquisition and disposal of land and/or stock, ensuring information is updated and shared with third party service providers where applicable.
