    University of Chester is seeking to appoint one contractor to provide Asbestos Management Survey services for 192 buildings comprising the majority of the University’s estate over which it has control and full asbestos demolition surveys for 2 buildings. Buildings are predominantly based in 4 geographical locations: Chester, Warrington, Birkenhead and Ince, although future requirements may also extend to other locations if a requirement for a survey is determined. All surveys should be completed progressively within an anticipated 24-month timeframe from the date of appointment. Tenderers are advised that work is to commence on site no later than four weeks after contract award. The mobilisation period is included within this duration.
