18/1684 Framework agreements for consultancy services
Stange kommune hereby extends an invitation to a competition for entry into parallel framework agreements for consulting engineers, architects and equivalent services in connection with municipal activities for development, maintenance and further development of the municipality’s infrastructure and properties in according with legislated requirements and municipal body resolutions.
The framework agreements shall also be able to be utilised by other organisations within the municipality, including Stange kommunale boligforetak KF and Stange kirkelig fellesråd [Stange municipal housing company KF and Stange Church Council].
The objective of the procurement s to ensure that the municipality has access to consultants with the correct competence, at the right price, when required. Consultancy services are mainly needed in the municipality´s building and property entity, the planning section and for municipal engineering, for their activities, which include, amongst other things, developing, maintaining and further developing the municipality´s properties and infrastructure. These framework agreements shall primarily cover the need that the property department has for consultancy services.
The framework agreements are divided into four different agreements, according to discipline divided engineering design groups: architect, civil engineering disciplines, project and construction management and consulting geologist engineers. The tenderers must offer all of the requested competence in each individual contract. The necessary number of framework agreements will be entered into per engineering design group.
The engineering design groups are as follows:
— Architect,
— Civil Architect (ARK),
— Interior Architect (IARK),
— Civil engineering disciplines (with independent control in the disciplines where relevant),
— Consultant Construction Engineer (RIB),
— Consultant Fire Engineer (RIBr),
— Consultant HVAC including sanitary installations Engineer (RIV),
— Consultant Electro Engineer (RIE/RITB),
— Coordinator ITB (KITB),
— Consultant Sound and Acoustics Engineer (RIA),
— Environmental Consultant (RM),
— Energy Consultant (RE),
— Project and Construction Management,
— Project Management (PL),
— Construction Management (BL),
— Consultant Geologist Engineer,
— Consultant Geologist Engineer (RIG).
In addition to the duration of the agreement, there is an option to extend the agreement for 1 year + 1 year.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Norwegian companies must, on request, submit their Company Registration Certification. Foreign companies must submit equivalent documentation if requested.
