The services are mainly needed in the Contracting Authority's building and property entity, technical operations entity and the planning section for their activities, which include, amongst other things, developing, maintaining and further developing the municipality's properties and infrastructure.
ROR — Procurement would like to enter into parallel framework agreements wtih 3 Tenderers.
The Contracting Authority expects to spend approx. 9 500 000 NOK per annum on consultancy services in the contract period.

The Contracting Authority expects to spend approx. 9 500 000 NOK per annum on consultancy services in the contract period.
The volume of the service for the municipalities will vary from year to year. The estimated extent in the tender documentation is non-binding for the Contracting Authority, nor does it give any rights to the tenderer. It is meant as an indication of the contract's size and extent and it will be the municipality's real need that will always determine what will be spent during the contract period.
Tenderers must price all sides of the offered system in annex 03 Price Form.
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the procurement, i.e. individual professional categories within the requested discipline.
