There is an existing two-storey former dispensary building called Spruce House fronting onto Leeson Lane.
It is proposed to restore and refurbish Spruce House, former dispensary building; c.445 m2 in area, Construct new 7 storey (over basement) office building of c.6 333 m2; carry out site development works include hard landscaping, boundary treatment and all other ancillary site works.
