      Proposals must be delivered clearly marked with the RFP’s number and Closing Date and Time.

      Opportunity Description:

      Alberta Environment and Parks require the services of an environmental consultant (Contractor) to undertake a comprehensive Environmental Information Gap Analysis (Gap Analysis) of the Reservoir Assets. The services to be provided shall include: 
      1. Conduct a detailed Gap Analysis within the study area. The study should specifically exclude the BRGS and related industrial areas unless specifically included in the boundaries of the work scope which will be outlined in the list of materials provided when a Mutual Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement has been signed.. 

      2. Review previous studies, information, drawings, photography, environmental assessments related to the Reservoir Assets to determine what, if any, information is missing and should be included in the next phase, if any, of the assessment. 

      The assessment should include but is not limited to the following: 

      a) Landforms And Soils 
      b) Vegetation 
      c) Wildlife 
      d) Fish 
      e) Surface Water Quality 
      f) Groundwater 
      g) Hydrology 
      h) Air Quality 
      i) Erosion 

      3. If any gaps in the information have been determined, provide a work scope, schedule and preliminary cost estimates to complete the next phase of the assessment. 

      4. Submit a final report with the findings of the Gap Analysis, including the gaps, if any, to be assessed in the next phase of the assessment.
