Scope: Prepare professional services, drawings, specifications, contract bid documents, planning, design and engineering cost estimates, construction testing and supervision for the below projects: Terminal Building Siting, Utilization, Design Study, Bidding and Construction; Wildlife Hazard Assessment; Aeronautical Survey for WAAS LPV IAP Runways 5 and 23; Taxiway "A" & "B" removal/relocation; Airport Drainage and Grading Improvements; Runway, Taxiway and Apron pavement rehabilitation, reconstruction and/or extension; Aircraft storage hangar construction; Construction/extending/rehabilitating aircraft parking aprons, taxiways and runways; Land acquisition assistance; Obstruction removal such as trees, terrain, utility lines, buildings, waterways and roads; Airport Layout Plan and/or Airport Master Plan updates and/or revisions; Airport related environmental document preparation such as Environmental Assessments, permit applications, and/or mitigation plans; Miscellaneous airport maintenance and improvements equipment purchase and storage, aviation fuel facilities, pavement crack sealing and repair, and pavement marking projects.
