The main aim is to design, construct, adapt for exhibitors and disassemble a Norwegian pavailion for the OTC in Houston, Texas, USA on 6-9.5.2019. The aim of the pavilion is to promote Norway and Norwegian companies.
OTC is one of the world´s largest oil and gas trade fairs. The trade fair is international and is an important meeting and sales arena for Norwegian companies.
Innovasjon Norge has project responsibility for facilitation of the national pavilion at the fair. Norwegian companies participate to promote their products and business to a professional audience. Norway´s pavilion is one of the largest pavilions at the trade fair. It is well-known and has a lot of visitors.
Tenderers must be a complete system and Innovasjon Norge is not to be charged for any additions or shortcomings.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The pavilion is approx. 950 m2, divided between 8 blocks in the NRG Center. These blocks cannot be changed in size or design. In addition, there is an approx. 230 m2 restaurant on the 1st floor. Tenderers must be based on the attached sketch from the 2018 pavilion, with only minor changes, see annex 9 'Sketch of the Norwegian Pavilion OTC 2018'. Innovasjon Norge reserves the right to come with adjustments to the pavilion sketches after the exhibitor list is available. This is expected by 1.1.2019. The number of companies and the allocated area for each individual company will deviate from 2018. The pavilion has a total of approx. 60 exhibitors. Note that there is a panel stand/innovation park of approx. 40 m2, where 9-10 companies are represented.
