II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
Detailed elevation data shall be established with the help of LiDAR in northern parts of Macedonia.
An area around the capital Skopje (530 km2) has the highest priority and shall be mapped with a density of 5 points/m2.
The other areas that are relevant for mapping (approx. 9 500 m2) are divided into blocks with prioritised order, and shall be scanned with a density of 2 points/m2.
How large a section of the surrounding areas shall be mapped this time depends on the offered prices from the selected tenderer.
The mapping shall be carried out with the help of LiDAR. In addition to the LiDAR scanning, classification of the point clouds shall also be implemented and a Digital Terrain Model (DTM) and surface model (DOM) shall be delivered in GRID format.
How the mapping shall be carried out and delivered is described in the attached specifications.
