      III.1)Conditions for participation
      III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers
      List and brief description of conditions:

      — Document 1: application letter DC 1 (see attachment or form available at the following address: http://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-declaration-du-candidat), or equivalent (A letter, dated and signed by a person having authority to represent the company, presenting the candidature, indicating whether it is presented by a company or by a consortium of jointly and severally liable companies — size and composition of the applicant group shall be submitted — and each member must present the following documents). If the applicant is applying as one member of a consortium, the applicant must provide proof that each of the associated independent contractors or companies will put all necessary means at the applicant's disposal during the execution of the assignment.

      — Document 3: copy of the extract of the registration in the Register of companies — Kbis in France or equivalent — less than 3 months old. In the event of judicial reorganization procedure, a copy of any judgement to this effect.

      — Document 8:

      —— an official declaration that the candidate is not in any of the circumstances referred to in articles 45 and 48 of the Executive Order 2015- 899 published on the 23.7.2015 in the Journal Officiel de la République Française (Appendix 2 of the Service Agreement);

      —— a copy of the certificates referred to in Article 51 of the Nº 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 or an affidavit duly dated and signed by a person empowered to represent the company attesting that the candidate is up to date with its tax obligations and Social services in its country of incorporation

      — Document 9: In case of identified sub-contractors and joint-venture, for each of them the candidate must present:

      —— a letter, dated and signed by a person having authority to represent the company and by a person having authority to represent the sub-contractor; presenting: the sub-contractor; the subcontracted service and its amount; an official declaration that the subcontractor is not in any of the circumstances referred to in articles 45 and 48 of the Executive Order 2015- 899 of 23.7.2015.

      —— a dated and signed certificate indicating how the candidate would contract all declared sub-contractors to execute the relevant tasks for the project. It is specified that a candidate could request that capacity of sub-contractors could be taken into account to appreciate his application (or those of the consortium). In that case, each sub-contractor would provide all documents mentioned below;

      —— if applicable, the Consortium agreement. The tenderer to whom the contract is likely to be awarded will have to provide proof in support of the declaration before signing the contract.
