This CPQ document relates to the procurement of a design and build contractor to complete the design and carry out the construction of the Project as advertised by the Council in the OJEU submitted on 10.8.2018. This CPQ has been issued to enable a shortlist of tenderers to be created following the evaluation of the answers received from the suppliers. Once a shortlist has been created this document will be reissued and will form the basis of the ITT. For the purposes of this CPQ, suppliers are to provide answer to Part A and B only, all other documentation provided within this submission is for information purposes only, any responses received for any other sections will not be scored. This document includes the process and instructions for the ITT, which will follow the CPQ Process. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with the restricted procedure as set out in regulation 28 of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
