      The consultation leads to the conclusion of a framework contract with one (1) economic operator. The maximum framework contract value is 800 000 EUR all taxes included. The contract does not include a minimum amount. The notification of the framework agreement shall lead to the start-up of technical assistance activities (Price schedule mission 1). Economic operators can participate in the tendering procedure on their own or in groups. Tenderer shall submit one single tender on its own or as a member of one single group. Tenderers can submit as individual contractors, as joint-and-several liability companies and/or as joint-liability-only companies or consortiums. If partners are not jointly and severally responsible for performing the contract, the leader of the consortium shall be jointly and severally responsible for performing the contract.       — Number of employees: above 10 people with qualifications related to the consulting services featured in this Call of interest in the company or the group of companies (in the case of consortia);

      — Overall turnover for the fiscal years 2015, 2016, 2017 of the company or the group of companies (in the case of consortia) above 1 000 000 EUR/year as an average.
