Development Consultant and Clerk of Works Services, Dunbeg, Oban
The contract will involve the successful Bidder providing Development consultant and Clerk of works services for the development and construction of approximately three hundred new homes at Dunbeg, Oban. The approximate envisaged works cost for the development is 56 786 693 and it is anticipated that the service will commence in September 2018 and it is currently envisaged that all three hundred new homes will be completed by March 2021.

4A.1: If required by the member state, bidders are required to be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade registers within the country in which they are established.
4A.2: Where it is required, within a bidder’s country of establishment they must confirm which authorisation or memberships of the relevant organisation(s) are required in order to perform this service. Bidders must confirm if they hold the particular authorisation or memberships.

Question 4B.1.1: Bidders will be required to have a minimum 'general' yearly turnover of 200 000 GBP for the last 2 years.
Question 4B.1.2: Bidders will be required to have an average yearly turnover of a minimum of 200 000 GBP for the last 2 years.
Question 4B.3: Where turnover information is not available for the time period requested, the bidder will be required to state the date which they were set up or started trading.
4B.5.1 and 4B.5.2: It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurances indicated below:
Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance — 5 000 000 GBP
Public Liability Insurance — 5 000 000 GBP
Professional Indemnity Insurance — 2 000 000 GBP for Development consultant services and 5 000 000 GBP for Clerk of works services.
