II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The new school is planned to have 3 floors and it will have a central location on the site in a north-south bearing. A new sports hall is to be constructed adjacent to the school. The existing school buildings are to be demolished.
The sports hall and school are to be joined in the basement (Level 1), where the sports functions are to be woven together with the school´s communal areas. The school and sports hall will be separated on the main floor level.
The upper and lower terrain level are to be connected with a large stepped amphitheatre, both outside and inside, and via a new footpath from Rosshaven along the school´s west side.
The school´s main access will be from Rosshaven, where a new car park with 55 places is to be established. Goods deliveries to the school/sports hall will also be unloaded here.
