Summary Details:
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is issued by South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (also known as TransLink). The purpose of this RFQ is to invite interested parties to submit their qualifications for the Surrey- Newton- Guildford- Light Rail Transit Project (the Project). Through the process described in this RFQ, TransLink anticipates identifying up to three Respondents to be invited to participate in the next phase of the Competitive Selection Process, the Request for Proposals (RFP) phase.

The purpose of the Competitive Selection Process is to identify a qualified entity with whom TransLink may enter into a Project Agreement to design, construct, operate, maintain, rehabilitate and partially finance the Project over a period beginning at Financial Close, allowing for the Project to begin operations in 2024.
