II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
Helse Førde is the project owner (hereafter called the Contracting Authority) for the project 'new building for mental health care at Førde Central Hospital (hereafter called PHV-FS).
This procurement is being made by Sjukehusinnkjøp, on behalf of the Contracting Authority.
The contract work is to be carried out as a turnkey contract with interaction, split into an interaction phase and an execution phase. The execution phase is an option for the Contracting Authority.
The Contracting Authority has the following provisional plan for general progress in the project:
— award of contract — December 2018,
— implementation of the interaction phase — by the end of March/April 2019,
— decision on whether the option for the execution phase is to be taken up — will be decided by the end of March/April 2019.
The competition is being held as an open tender contest, cf. the rules for public Procurements. The procurement process will be held with the stages detailed in point 1.5 below. Further information on the design, execution and deadlines is in the tender documentation part I.
