    Leistungsumfang
    The University of Tromsø, campus Narvik, has buildings that were constructed in 2 construction stages. The construction stage that was erected in 1969 is to be altered from 1 to 3 floors, in addition there will be some alterations in the adjoining areas from 1997 in the construction stage This will mainly be upgrades to the service centre, canteen and glass courtyard. This gives a total of 7 256 m2 gross. A new mezzanine of 207 m2 is to be built in the existing machine room in the 1997 part. The aim is also to renovate all the facades from 1969 in the construction stage, a total of 3 414 m2, and the facade around the canteen, 600 m2. The buildings shall be partly vacated during the construction period.

      Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

      Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

      III.1.2)Economic and financial standing
      List and brief description of selection criteria:

      Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.

      The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

      The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.

      Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

      III.1.3)Technical and professional ability
      List and brief description of selection criteria:

      1) Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with a comparative value.

      Approximately one A4 page description should be submitted per project, for up to 3 reference projects from the last years.

      With a comparable value, including information on, amongst other things:

      — the project name,

      — the Contracting Authority,

      — the project's size in m2 and costs,

      — type of building,

      — type of contract,

      — the assignment's contract value excluding VAT,

      — the company's assignments/role in the project,

      — the start-up date and completion date (year)/if not completed — what stage the project is in.

      — in what phases the assignment was carried out.

      2) The person offered as the SHA co-ordinator is required to have the following education:

      A 40 hours course in relevant working environment law (e.g. HSE management course, 40 hours HSE course). The main part of the courses should be implemented as a classroom course — not only as online courses.

      The course diploma for the proposed SHA coordinator.
