Single Framework Agreement for Assistance with Communication Measures
Medietilsynet has a defined goal of promoting itself and reaching our target groups with advice, measures and campaigns in a better way. The communication measures will include the preparation of a profile film for Medietilsynet, campaigns for social media within themes such as:
— children and the media,
— computer games,
— “did you know that” guidance films on age limits,
— product placement,
— critical media understanding and personal protection,
— to mention some examples.
The deliveries will mainly be about realising and implementing the goals and measures that are described in Meditilsynet's communication plan. We would like to do more work to reach the our target groups through digital channels and would, thus, like a tenderer who is creative, has a lot of target group competence, is quick on his feet and quick otherwise, as well as who can produce material that has an effect in a cost-efficient way.

Medietilsynet has undertaken strategy and organisation development work in the last year. The work has, amongst other things, included the renewal of business strategy, a changed organisation, an efficiency drive and digitalisation measures.
A new organisation model has been implemented. The new organisation model involves the entity being organised into 3 departments; the administrative joint services department, the communication, advice and analysis department and the legal and regulatory department.
