      List and brief description of selection criteria:

      The tenderer must have adequate financial capacity to carry out the assignment, in which amongst other things being creditworthy without any requirement for collateral will be adequate.

      Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by an officially certified credit rating institution.
