The award was given for the idea of introducing to the complex additional public sports functions, in the form of a track/raceway surrounding the stadium, using differences in the height of the surroundings and the building, and connecting other spaces of daily recreation. The work is distinguished by a monumental, elegant character of architecture, highlighted by the introduction of water on the main axis of the surface.
