Erläuterungstext
Der Entwurf zitiert die Themen der Zugehörigkeit und des Unterschieds, der Offenheit und der Intimität, der Transparenz und der Vertraulichkeit, der Menschlichkeit und der Technik.
Am Kreuzungspunkt zweier Straßen, in einem schwierigen Kontext, bindet sich das Gebäude, durch eine breite und zurückversetzte Eingangsfassade, an den Strassenraum an. Die Trauflinie ist höher als die Straßenfront. Diese Volumetrie betont seine Integration in das städtische Geflecht und seine Identität als Kopfbau.
Die Fassade drückt das Programm aus: vertraulich und öffentlich.
Von introvertiertem Anschein, enthüllt das Volumen seine Öffnungen durch zahlreiche und diskrete Perforationen seiner Haut. Diese gewährleisten die Öffnung zur Stadt und eine natürliche Belüftung.
Die gläserne Haut, durch Siebdruck leicht reliefiert, stellt den Sonnenschutz dar. Sie wechselt zwischen Transparenz - Ausblick und direktes Licht – und Tansluzenz - verstärkter Sichtschutz – Garant für Intimität und Komfort an Computerarbeitsplätzen.
Die Farben im Innenraum suggerieren Hoffnung und Toleranz – grün - Offenheit und Energie – gelb -.
Das Projekt ist technisch ausgearbeitet, bleibt aber natĂĽrlich gesteuert durch den Mensch.
The project evokes the themes of membership and difference, opening and intimacy, transparency and confidentiality, humanity and technicality.
Situated at the corner of two streets, in a difficult context, the building binds to the space of the street by a broad frontage of entry laid out in withdrawal. The edifice’s cornice is higher than the street’s face. By this form, the building affirms its integration in urban tissue and its identity of the head.
The frontage expresses the program: confidential and public.
Despite its introverted appearance, the building reveals its openings through the multiple and discreet skin’s perforations. It ensures an opening to the city and a natural ventilation of interiors.
The glazed skin, striated with fine serigraphies, ensures solar protection. It alternates the transparency – vision and direct light – with translucence - increased visual protection – which all guarantee an intimacy for the examination and comfort in the computerized workspaces.
The interior colours evoke the hope and tolerance – green, as well as the opening and energy – yellow.
The building is technically completed but remains managed in a natural way by the human beings.
