MIPIM Awards 2015

For 25 years now, the MIPIM Awards have honoured outstanding real estate projects throughout the world. The international jury will meet in January to select four finalists in each category and MIPIM delegates can vote in the Awards Gallery at the heart of the exhibition area.
The competition is open to any real estate projects, completed or yet to be built. With the exception of ‘Best futura project’, ‘Best futura mega project’ and ‘Best urban regeneration project’, all other categories involve projects completed in 2014.

Projects completed in 2014*, can enter the competition under one of the following categories:

- Best futura project (total surface area <100,000 sqm)
- Best futura mega project (total surface area ≥ 100,000 sqm)
- Best hotel & tourism resort
- Best industrial & logistics development
- Best innovative green building
- Best office & business development
- Best refurbished building
- Best residential development
- Best shopping centre
- Best urban regeneration project

During MIPIM, delegates will be invited to vote for their favourite project in each category at the Awards Gallery located in the heart of the exhibition area. This vote will count 50% of the final result, along with the jury's vote.

New this year, the jury has shortlisted 5 of their personal favourite projects among all for the Special Jury Award.

In addition, the People's Choice Award will be given to the public's favourite project, thanks to a pre-MIPIM online vote which will be launched early February. One project out of the all the finalists will receive special recognition from the public, from you!

All winners will be revealed during the prestigious MIPIM Awards Ceremony to be held on Thursday 12 March 2015 at the Palais des Festivals, Cannes.
