Project: tender_9317 - Design and Build a New Salt Storage Structure - Hilton Beach Patrol Yard
Detailed Description
The Contractor shall submit detailed plans and bid price for the construction of a new salt storage building measuring approximately 24.0 meters long x 17.0 meters wide x 11.0 meters high (not including roof dimensions). The building shall be designed with one (1) centred entrance for drive through truck traffic and inside loading and unloading of salt deliveries. The entrances shall have a minimum opening height of 10 meters x 10 meters wide.

LOCATION
Hilton Patrol Yard Hwy 548 15km Southeast from jct. of Hwy 17 at Hilton Beach, Hilton Twp.
Item #1 - DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL OF EXISTING SALT SHED
• The Contractor shall supply all the necessary labour, equipment required to complete the demolition of disposal as per OPSS 180 of the entire existing salt shed at the Hilton Beach Patrol yard.
Item #2 - DESIGN NEW SALT STORAGE STRUCTURE
• The Contractor shall submit detailed plans for the construction of a new salt storage building measuring approximately 24.0 meters long x 17.0 meters wide x 11.0 meters high (not including roof dimensions). Item #3 - SUPPLY AND INSTALL NEW SALT STORAGE STRUCTURE
• The Contractor shall supply and install a new salt storage building as per the approved stamped "Permission to Construct" design and as detailed in the special provisions.
Item #4 ELECTRICAL
• The Contractor shall supply all the necessary labour, equipment and materials required to complete the electrical work for the new salt structure at the Hilton Beach Patrol yard Included in this is replacement of asphalt removed for below ground installation as required.
Item #5 - SUPER PAVE 12.5
• The Contractor shall supply all the necessary labour, equipment and materials required to complete the pad for the new salt structure as well as pave various locations in the yard at the Hilton Beach Patrol yard.
