The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites companies/ firms to apply for eligibility and to bid for the “Evaluation of the Roll-on Roll-off Terminal System: Phase 1 – Western Nautical Highway”
The service provider will assess the Roll-on Roll-off Terminal System (RRTS) policy against its broad set of goals: increase in tourism, trade, agricultural productivity, and employment (including labor migration). The evaluation also aims to explore the contributions of the RoRo promotion policy to the achievement of these goals at the local and national levels. The study will have two (2) phases: Phase 1 covers the Western Nautical Highway; while Phase 2 will cover the Central and Eastern Routes. The evaluation will be done in phases to provide opportunities to test and improve methodologies prior to full roll-out.
