    The University of Sheffield is installing a CHP system, and requires the services of a Mechanical Engineer who will act as lead on this prestigious project.
    This procurement is being advertised under the Accelerated Restricted procedure. This is a two part process with a 10 day pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) stage, followed by a 10 day ITT (invitation to tender) stage. Potential suppliers are invited to express an interest in the project and submit their PQQ submission. If they are successful at PQQ stage they will be invited to tender.
    The full technical specification will be available in the Invitation to tender documents that will be sent to you if you are successful in passing the pre-qualification stage. There is no obligation to tender if you subsequently find that you are unable to meet the full specification.
    Expressions of interest can only be accepted through the University's e-tendering system https://in-tendhost.co.uk/SheffieldThe closing date for return of PQQ documents is 28.10.2014 at 12:00 noon (UK time) through the in-tend system.
