Oslo police station is in such bad condition that the plan is to renovate the building. The aim of the condition analysis is to map what measures must be implemented and their resulting costs. As the building is listed, it is necessary that the consultant group that shall carry out the assignment has experience from work on this type of building. A cultural monument consultant employed in Statsbygg's architecture department will otherwise contribute to the group with cultural monument expertise throughout the process and will handle communication with the cultural heritage authorities if needed.
The offered consultant group shall:

1. Carry out a condition analysis on level 2 and possibly level 3 on selected objects, in accordance with NS EN 16096 and NS 3424 and as agreed.
2. Propose a cost limit.
3. Prioritise the measures in a separate list.
4. Carry out a technical fire condition analysis. (Separate report).
5. Carry out an environment mapping. (Separate report).
6. Scanning the building and subsequent modelling
7. Present reports to the builder/user.

for tenders for the following consultancy assignments:
H001 Condition analysis
Tenders are wanted for the implementation of a condition analysis, level 2 and level 3 (selected objects) in accordance with NS-EN 16096 and NS 3424, cost estimate and environment mapping at Oslo police station. The building is listed. One environment report, one fire report and one condition analysis report are to be submitted as well as a BIM model based on a full scanning of the building. Executive workers are to be offered for the following disciplines:

Consultant engineer fire RIBr
Consultant engineer electro RIE
Consultant engineer HVAC (RIV)
Consultant engineer environment (RIM)
Assignment manager scanning
Assignment manager modelling
Otherwise the following applies:
— RIB shall be responsible for the consultant group and shall handle all contact with Statsbygg.
— Names of executive officers, hourly rates and CVs shall be submitted for RIB, RIBr, RIV and RIE.
— Only hourly rates shall be submitted in the competition for RIM. The CV shall be sent and approved for this person when the contract is signed.
— Only hour rates shall be provided for the assignment manager for scanning and modelling. The CVs for these persons shall be sent before and possibly approved when the contract is signed.
