This particular contract relates to Lot 6 Skye and Wester Ross.
Tenderers who are interested in bidding for the Lot 5 contract can do so by locating the respective PCS/OJEU notice, which was published on the same date with ‘Landscaping Services — Lot 5 Lochaber' in the contract description.
Please note that the same supplier can bid for both of the lots, however you may only be awarded a maximum of 1 Lot. You can identify your preference for which Lot you want to be awarded if you are the highest scoring bidder in both lots but the final award of the contracts will be at the discretion of HIE. This may mean you are not awarded your preferred Lot but this decision will be at our sole discretion.
If HIE receives only 1 compliant bid for both lots from the same supplier, this supplier can be awarded both of the lots in this case.
Bidders should note that any bid which exceeds the maximum stated budget will be regarded as unacceptable to HIE and consequently be considered as non-compliant.
