Kvam herad would like to enter into framework agreements for technical trade services.
One of the objectives of the framework agreements is ensuring increased efficiency for the procurement processes. The objective of the framework agreements is also ensuring stable and predictable frames for Kvam herad and the service providers.
The framework agreements shall cover the majority of the contracting authority's requirements for the services included in the tender contest. Kvam herad has the right, but is not obliged to use the framework agreements. Some of the tasks can be solved by own capacity, or in collaboration with other municipalities. Large/special projects can be published as new tender contests.

The total value of these services varies, however, based on experience and expectations, the annual value is approx. 2 000 000 - 4 000 000 NOK. This means that the total value of the framework agreements is approx. 8 000 000 - 16 000 000 NOK.
The contract period can include everything from short-term assignments to long-term assignments. Framework agreements established via this tender contest can be utilised by all departments and units in Kvam municipality. All municipal enterprises will also be parties to the framework agreements.
