The Board of Education of the San Diego Unified School District of San Diego County, California, invites and will receive sealed bids from qualified firms for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and supplies for Interior Upgrades.
The District requires that bidders possess any of the following classifications of California Contractor's State License(s) at the time of bid and award, active and in good standing: B.
This is a prevailing wage project and the successful bidder will be required to follow all state laws regarding prevailing wage requirements.

Scope of Work: Interior Upgrades at Crawford HS Project estimate is between $3.8 million and $4.2 million 
Ordering Instructions: Bid documents may be obtained from ARC Document Solutions, LLC, 1200 4th Avenue, San Diego, CA 92101, telephone (619) 232-8440 beginning February 21, 2017. Bid documents will not be faxed.
Document Cost: $400.00 deposit per bid set. Checks for deposit will be required, made payable to the San Diego Unified School District. This deposit is refundable according to the conditions outlined in the bid documents.
Bid Bond: 10%

San Diego Unified School District  must receive bids/proposals no later than said date and time. Bids/Proposals received after such time will not be considered.

Each contractor wishing to bid as a prime to the District for projects estimated at $1,000,000 or over, or any subcontractor performing the license classifications of A, B [if performing the work of] C-4, C-7, C10, C16, C20, C34, C36, C38, C42, C-3 and/or C46 wishing to submit a bid to a bidding prime contractor must be prequalified in order to bid. This project is subject to the Project Stabilization Agreement (PSA) adopted by the Board of Education on July 28, 2009.
