    The Contracting Authority will enter into framework agreement for consultancy services within the specialist areas of construction, roads, water and sewerage and is seeking a supplier with cross-discipline engineering competency. The agreement has an estimated annual scope of approximately 1 150 hours. Call-offs on the contract will be carried out as required from the contracting authority.
