    Innovasjonsregion Telemark shall increase value creation for companies in the county through research driven innovation.
    This shall occur by working towards the following sub-goals:
    — Innovasjonsregion Telemark shall mobilise companies with a focus on sustainable experience business and green growth for research driven innovation.
    — Innovasjonsregion Telemark shall interact with other schemes and initiatives in order to strengthen the mobilisation effect of research driven innovation.

    Innovasjonsregion Telemark shall increase value creation for companies in the county through research driven innovation.
    This shall occur by working towards the following sub-goals:
    — Innovasjonsregion Telemark shall mobilise companies with a focus on sustainable experience business and green growth for research driven innovation.
    — Innovasjonsregion Telemark shall interact with other schemes and initiatives in order to strengthen the mobilisation effect of research driven innovation.
    Telemark county shall enter into a contract with competence arbitration environments in order to connect companies and researchers and to inform about possibilities in the public policy instrument apparatus. They prepare the reason for the company applying for project resources. The companies that benefit from the competence arbitration service do not receive any support, but they get a service that is financed by public resources.
