II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The assignment is to give Kjøpmannsgata an overall design that links the different urban areas, binds the area to the surrounding areas and connects the city to the river. Kjøpmannsgata shall be a sustainable area for many activities and with a flexible design. Trondheim kommune wants to see visionary examples of the future for the area, that demonstrate it's potential.

A total of 1 400 000 NOK has been set aside for awarding of prizes, procurement and further engagement. The first award will be a minimum of 400 000 NOK and the engagement for further work will be 400 000 NOK. Beyond this, the jury will determine the number and size of awards and procurement.
