The Northern Lighthouse Board has a requirement for framework agreement for professional Engineering Support Services to support our Engineering Department to assist with future projects. It is the Boards intension to award this contract to a single Contractor to provide Engineering Support Services spread over a wide geographical area throughout Scotland and the Isle of Man within some remote areas. Any future projects, which are identified or otherwise and deemed appropriate under this framework agreement for the Engineering Support Services could require the Specialist Engineers to assess the design of the any proposed structures and suggest improvements (if required) and to carry out surveys and report with recommendations on a variety of Aid to Navigation (AtoN) structures, bridges, piers, roads etc. Full details of the Boards requirements are contained within the tender document which can be downloaded from http://nlb.g2b.info
