Greenfields is looking appoint up to 5 partners on a framework agreement to deliver Employers Agent and project management service on a number of residential new build schemes.
Places will be let on the basis of a quality assessment and an agreed maximum price (% basis). The agreed maximum price will provide a maximum cap on any scheme which the framework Consultants are asked to price for the full duration of the framework.
As each works package arises, the consultants will be expected to quote for the works based on a work schedule supplied and the works will be awarded to the consultant who provides the lowest priced return. Greenfield reserves the right to allocate works to the next lowest tender should there be concerns in the ability to meet our deadlines of that project.
It should be noted that successfully winning a place on this framework in no way guarantees that works will be awarded to any or all of the consultants. Greenfields reserves the right to cancel any order prior to works commencing and award the works to another Consultant.
The framework will last 4 years, and will cover a range of new build delivery approaches, including in-house delivery, land led sites, S106 schemes and open market sales.
The Framework Agreement will be open to Greenfields and PAE members (full list of members can be accessed via www.paessex.gov.uk) and will be set up on the basis that members may access by either a direct call-off procedure using the maximum price or by mini-competition on cost only for each works package.
