The contract includes approx. 2 000 metres Seismic tomography divided between 3 drilling holes of 1 041 metres, 1 650 metres and 1 202 metres, respectively As well as approx. 2 000 metres seismic refraction for 4 profiles.
The surveys are connected with preliminary surveys for a submarine tunnel. This means that the placing is on the seabed.

Main site or place of performance:
Romsdalsfjorden. 2 of the drilling holes are located at Tautra, which is an uninhabited island in the middle of the fjord. The last drilling hole is located at Otrøya in Midsund municipality.
II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
Seismic ground investigation services for a submarine tunnel below Romsdalsfjorden. The survey includes tomography for 3 almost horizontal drilling holes. The drilling holes are lined with plastic pipes.
The contract also includes 2 000 metres of seismic refraction.
The paramount objective of the surveys is mapping the quality and surface of rock.
