Hordaland county has several major construction projects that are to be realised. The execution is planned with price and design competitions, with subsequent partnering and turnkey contracts. A project manager is wanted who shall manage the work involved in holding the competitions.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
We need a project manager who can manage the work involved in holding price and design competitions with responsibility for preparing tender documentation, progress and negotiations until a turnkey contract has been signed.
The tender contest will be held in close contact with the county's property section, which will be active in preparing the terms and tender documentation and will have the formal approval of this. Cooperation meetings will be held in the county hall in Bergen.
The builder's own project managers will follow-up the turnkey contract. The project manager for the tender contest must reckon on some participation during the construction work for assessing the contract.
