This project is one of the most expressive amongst the entries. And there lie both, its qual-ity and its weakness. The jury praised the design for its dispersed structure as independent and distinctive. Some members of the jury acknowledged strong merits in the organic shape, stimulating a variety of circulations.
The security concept and the wooden structure was praised.
The jury appreciated the project as an approach that is homogeneous in itself.
