The strong and clear connection to the Esplanade and therefore to the city is achieved via the demolition of parts of the Spinelli building and so it is established with a clear and wide pedestrian passageway between the SPAAK building and the Esplanade.
The ground floor connection to the Rue Wiertz and the park is successfully established with the new plaza. The intent to keep and renovate the existing SPAAK building is sup-ported.
The quality of the outstanding view that is created from the top floor to the chamber is praised.
