This project has been assessed as the most expressive and somewhat provocative design amongst all entries by proposing a assembly of bubbles and planes to host the European Parliament.
The idea of shifting the media, accredited persons (staff) and visitor entrances towards the city centre was appreciated.
Functions are well organised.
Some jurors saw great value in the sculptural and powerful attitude of the design.
