The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency requests tenders for framework agreements for independents inspections in accordance with the Planning and Building Act with accompanying regulations. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency wishes to enter into parallel framework agreements with various inspection agencies.

The framework agreements are nationwide. In order to reduce the time and costs spent on travelling, the service providers are required to have, or establish offices at all of the following locations:
— The Oslo area;
— The Bergen area;
— The Trondheim area.
The service provider is obliged provide services with personnel from the nearest office/the office with the lowest travel cost to the construction site.
